Textile and Dye

The textile industry is very water intensive. Water is used for cleaning the raw material and for many flushing steps during the whole production. Conventional treatment of wastewater from textile and dye mills is to discharge it into local wastewater treatment plants with minimum treatment such as pH neutralisation. To meet the ever stringent wastewater discharge criteria, enhanced treatment is critical in the mills to prevent environmental pollution. Chemicals, heavy metals, oils, wax, pigments, chromium and inorganic salts are the most popular and difficult matters to be removed in the wastewater.

Does your plant have an open air, large footprint, large chemical input, and large bio-reaction tanks and system?

Are you looking for a cost-effective way of de-inking without oxidation as well as further treatment?

Are you looking for ways to recycle the huge amount of water used in the process so that you can reduce your cost to the minimum?

Unable to recover the useful dyestuff materials in the wastewater for other purposes?

Hyflux’s Solutions

Hyflux's membrane technology can effectively remove color, reduce BOD and salt, recycle valuable chemical such as PVA, letex from textile wastewater. By adding UF and RO system behind conventional treatment process, customers can easily meet discharge standard and recycle wastewater or valuable chemicals for production.
