Membrane Configurations

Membranes can be made up of different configurations namely, Hollow Fibre, Tubular, Spiral Wound, and Flat Sheet.

Membranes are configured differently to obtain the maximum exchange surface per unit volume, limit the circulation polarisation and the particle deposits by providing a sufficient flow of treated liquid.
